Here is Jay as he is making it through his third workout this past week. Watch out for him he will be a strong contender! Great job Jay!

Warm-up
3 rounds of:
Sampson Stretch 30 seconds
10 push-ups
10 Sit-ups
10 Air squats

Workout
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
400 meter run
5 Deadlifts of an odd shaped heavy object
10 Sit-ups

Record the total rounds that you accomplish and the description of your odd shaped heavy object.

Attached here are the next few weeks of workouts. Print it out to record your times so you can see how well you are doing.

We have a couple of new Soldiers that have made it through the fundamentals class and are on their way to better fitness. If you see them around, ensure that you say hi to Phil, Jay, and Scott.
