Burping Lunges
5 rounds for time:
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Box/bench jumps
- 30 Push-ups
- 40 Squats
- 50 Lunges

June 14th, 2010 at 09:04When you login to Beyond the Whiteboard you should see today’s workout. Next to the date you should see a couple arrows that will allow you navigate back to saturday and give you access to post a result to that workout. That is the easiest way….
