Burping Lunges

5 rounds for time:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Box/bench jumps
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Squats
  • 50 Lunges

    When you login to Beyond the Whiteboard you should see today’s workout. Next to the date you should see a couple arrows that will allow you navigate back to saturday and give you access to post a result to that workout. That is the easiest way….
